It’s crazy

Dude, I’m not exaggerating when I say this but my girlfriend is Legit all over me whmith these cologne, their insanely low prices help me out everytime, and with the vile selection I get to tests and see if I’m a fan of a cologne before I get into it, bought a small versache vile to see what the hype was about and it was really good, bought 5 colognes for less than $60 and they went ahead and gave me one for free! Obsession for Men is literally the best cologne ever

Bad experience

Bad experience. I made a purchase and it was put on hold for days so I had to cancel my order, because it wasn't going to arrived on time (due to the hold) it was for a gift and their was no point in getting it after de birthday.

Ordered Sep4

Ordered Sep4. Sep 12 arrived at FedEx facility. Sep18--still have not received. FedEx would have NO stars--if the driver does not feel like delivering--he'll mark my business closed--happened about 5 times over 10 years.
I am looking forward to wearing my favorite perfume again--I ran out.
The price was right. If in a hurry--this is not your company.

90% of my perfume collection was purchased at FragranceNet

I pretty much purchase most if not all of my perfumes from FragranceNet. They’re affordable and authentic… a great selection too! I trust them and I will continue to purchase from them. They’re the first site I visit when looking to purchase a new perfume!

I do not indicate , I have not received my product until today , and neither money return nor a new product , I was asked for 2 to 4 business days , there are already 9 business days , including weekend days , 15 days and nobody solves anything

Excellent Customer Service

This company has an excellent customer service. We had an issue with a missing item in the shipment. They fixed it right away. They responded our email quickly and sent the missing item immediately. Thank you FragranceNet!

I have used Joy all of my adult life

I have used Joy all of my adult life. My grown children say they always recognize the smell, and when someone passes them wearing Joy, they do a double take to make sure it is not their mother. I have not been able to find it for years, and am super happy to find it now.

Sad and disappointed

I purchased D&G light blue and the fragrance does not last. this was a large bottle too and I'm very disappointed. I have damn neared sprayed 1/2 the bottle since I've gotten it. This is shame full taking peoples hard earned money for fake perfume.

I placed an order over 2 weeks ago

I placed an order over 2 weeks ago, I still have not received it. I have been tracking the package and it is still sitting in the same spot waiting to be picked up by fed ex. I spent around $300, it is a gift. I emailed the company, and it wasn’t much help. I DO NOT recommend, nor will I purchase anything again. If I don’t receive my order in the next day or so I’m contacting PayPal for a refund.

Ordered Ellen, by Ellen Tracy. I had ordered in past however the perfume scent didn't aroma was extremely weak.
Ordered this time because it advertised as being a new bottle shape, thinking maybe the perfume would be newer as well.
Neither one was true. Same bottle design, same old weak perfume . False statement to get me to buy. You lied!

I am a bit confused based on reviews, a lot is said of bad customer service and fake products

I have tried it and they had real products tbh. But if you want to checkout my fav site is fragranceon.com they have everything real and great prices. I found this website to be a better version of them.
